Actually, if it's like the one I have from Ringside it's pretty nice. They're reinforced nylon or vinyl. I use mine to anchor my indoor heavy bag. I filled it with gravel and it made a pretty nice 35 lb weight.

Hey, you could also do the same thing to put on top of your drum!
