    Sore Forearms

Is it just me, or does anyone else get sore forearms?

          Must be the A.G.E. virus

I would sympathize with you all but I am suffering from the A.G.E. virus myself LOL!...It's incurable too...I'll be a half century old come July! No matter what I do I can't get rid of it

I better get baggin to try and slow the clock down!

What's your day job? Are you squeezing/clenching your fists really tight when bagging?
            Stretching the forearms at all?

Do you do other workout (pullups etc.) ? could be that. But stretching is a good thing to do. Also try to work some grip strength. It will blast your forearms, but harden them for bagging ;-)
