    BBE113 Adjustable Speedbag Frame

Hi guys, I'm relatively knew to speedbag training and am considering getting one of these frames:

    http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk/...me/5948_p.html

Has anyone used one of these before? I'm looking for an adjustable frame that will last and is suitable for a beginner. Most adjustable frames I've seen are the single bar type that I gather are not to sturdy.

Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum Rab!! that platform looks very sturdy and at a decent price i am guessing you are in the UK!! so you could check out sugar-rays site! but i think if i had seen that platform when i started i would of snapped it up!!

Looks like it should be pretty solid once you put a sandbag on top. Is the Everlast adjustable platform available in the UK? They are pretty popular on here.

          Thanks for the feedback guys.

I haven't been able to find any UK retailers selling that Everlast platform. Most of the adjustable platforms I can find are the single bar type so I will probably go for this BBE113 frame.

Looks like a good solid platform. Good choice. Straightforward to add some more weight on top too. Look forward to hearing how you get on with it.

I haven't hit on that particular model, but I'd say there is a good chance it's pretty sturdy. It's got the dual verticals, thick drum, etc. Let us know how it works out!
