    ...to me anyway. The SPINBAG. I wonder if they named this after BT???

    An improvement on the vertical rotary bag from the 1800s. I like it, but maybe would use a rope and a real bearing.

      It's definitely interesting and new to me too. Looks kinda fun.

      I am a bit skeptical of this as a training tool for boxers though. He seems to be slapping the bag from side to side rather than throwing proper jabs. Also, unlike a double end bag, this isn't going to challenge head movement much.

      Be interesting to hear what others think.

        Perfect for hand speed and coordination openning up an entire range of possibilities.

        Looks like a good workout for the backhand L jab.
