I've got an Xtra small Tuf-Wear, it's a quality bag, fast, but a bit light. It has decent rebound but because of its lightness, it requires a lot of effort and speed to keep it going. I think this is characteristic for this size bag. It's the smallest of what I own and don't have much to compare it to. But I did hit one of the smaller "Atomic" (Everlast I think) Speed bags out in Jersey at Speedbag 2010. The Tuf-wear was comparable to it.
The really smaller, lighter bags are in a class of their own in terms of how you have to alter your technique when hitting them. It's definitely different than hitting a 9x6, or 8x5 for that matter. Will make you a better bagger to be able to accomodate all the different size bags. Hope you were able to make some sense of all this! Haha.
