I've never heard anyone say anything bad about the Title 8x5 bag. Compared to what you have now it will teach you what a quality bag should feel like. It rebounds well, has a nice shape. Some of us carefully cut the plastic tag off it because if you hit the tag by mistake the tag bites back.

Truth is, this will not be your last bag. Once you get the addiction, more bags will follow you home.

The Title yellow 8x5 is a great bag, highly recommended. It's one of the first "real" bags I bought when I got serious. I still have it and use it semi-regularly. Still on the same bladder as well!

Order that thing. I seen on your vid you was hitting on a chainlink. I was hitting on that swivel and was having a hard time with my reverse hits when linking. I was getting very frusturated till i switched to a U-bolt and wow what a difference for the better. So just keep that in mind down the road. But still keep your eyes out for an all metal ballhook!

i want to know if these all metal ball hooks could be of an older make? meaning they were produced a little while ago cause i have a friend who said he might have an older speed bag and an older swivel and described it as a ball hook! so lets hope its a good find and he lets me buy it off him!

Well ironically i just went downstairs and put the chainlink on just for the heck of it and wow! I ended up hitting better on it than i do the u-bolt. So bottom line I CANT MAKE UP MY MIND! Maybe i am a bad one for any advise! LOL.

Yes, the Everlast metal ball hook hasn't been made for about 2 years now, maybe more.

If it's an older set, it likely is. Metal ball hook used to be the entry level model. That said, there are alot of CRAPPY century metal "ball" (really a cup) hook floating around, those are not good.

You can't go wrong with that bag, AB. It was one of my first bags and it's still used quite often.
