G.A.S. (Gear Acquisition Syndrome)

Speaking to a coworker yesterday and she has a "bag and metal hook thing" that her brother left at her place. She asked if I wanted to buy it (I dont really need a new bag cause I can hardly handle what I have now) She described what sounds like a metal ballhook swivel and a Everlast Bag. She said that all there is so no board. Don't know what size it is but she said it says Gyro Balanced on the side. ...I have a twenty in my pocket I am willing to spend on it possibly. I was figuring I can always get into another board for cheap.

Then I started surfing the web and I was led back to the Title webpage once again. Now I have money burning a hole in my #%@^ pocket as I look at this stuff I don't even need! "Geez I wonder what that one would feel like to hit???"

Although I do really need to put up speedbag my kids can reach. Right? RIGHT?!? I know this feeling has got to be normal for all baggers that have been bit by the speedball bug.

Also having 2 platforms means a "bag change" is as easy as walking a few feet. I love having 2 different size bags to punch with nothing to change. I'm currently punching on the Title Platinum XS and XXS

I'll admit to bouts of G.A.S from time to time!!

Got my own gear wish list! However, what I wish for most is a boxing store I could visit - actually look at and try equipment for myself. Hardly any in the UK and all a day trip away.

I must also confess to some bad bouts of G.A.S in the past but i seem to have it under control now.............comes with the territory!!

Haha it's a tough urge to fight...especially working for a boxing/mma company with a store open to the public. I get to see all the new goodies as soon as they come in to be shot for catalog/web. Holiday season is especially hard.

Maybe you can let us know when the Title Platinum Atomic bags are on sale, do you mind that I ask?

I will let you guys know if they do, but I think it may be a while since it's still relatively new and sales have been good on both sizes. The current catalog that I'm working on still has them at full price, but who knows with the holiday season. We get a BUNCH of new products so maybe others will go on sale. Either way...I will let you know if something changes.
