    Attention SPEED B.A.G. 2010 attendees

Over the next few days I'll be updating the SPEED B.A.G. 2010 site to be a permanent archive of the event. Your picture(s) will likely wind up on that site, unless you tell me otherwise that you don't want your picture there.

I will not post anything about personal details beyond forum names with your picture, and some video.

If for any reason you do not wish this information to be posted, please let me know.

    Thanks Tim

Tim, thanks for the pic and the props in the attendees section. I took travel days and nights to rest up so I didn't have anything better to do than to help (except I still found the hotel lounge the first night, big mistake for next day) . Besides, we can't let only one person have all the fun. Love the pic with the motion blur, I think I broke the swivel and Skunk just finished it off, yea right? That was something what he did, I counted 5 increases in speed before the explosion!! I know others contributed significantly but this event really wouldn't have turned out like it did without you. Is there a way to timeline the significant events that brought about SB 2010 and the future ones? Something to document the history with links to the major threads, perhaps some bios of key players, etc. Once again, Thanks, Tim, bag on!!

Thanks. Don't forget though that BIFF did a ton of stuff behind the scenes (and not behind the scenes). It wouldn't have been the same if Alan hadn't made it, or Skunk hadn't , or Dee hadn't , or Tichy hadn't brought his drums, or JD couldn't make it, etc. etc. You get the point. It really was the result of a lot of GREAT PEOPLE getting together. Sorting out the logistics (when, where, what equipment, etc) was easy, (but time consuming at the same time).

I'm putting together a "guide to organizing a speed bag event" shortly. It will touch on timing, planning, costs, equipment, logistics, vendor relations, etc. etc. Not sure if it will end up here or on http://speedbag2010.com, but suffice to say it will be accessible by anyone that needs it!

        Reason

Best reason to NOT go for months without logging in: you miss everything. What an incredible time you all must have had! I'm watching the videos and wishing I had been there. Great people, great bagging... great time. Hats off to everyone who made it happen!

Glad you are enjoying the videos. It was a great time indeed.

The good news is that we'll be doing it again next year. Look for some preliminary announcements soon.
