Just got some steroid shots in my back today. One in my thoracic which is located in between the shoulder blades,I have two bad discs there I've been punching pretty stiff. One in my lumbar one bad disc there,which will help with all around training. It takes a couple days to start working and couple weeks to fully work.Can't wait to get freed up they usually last about 6 months. I don't care for country music, but relate to the song I'm much to young to feel this damn old.

On a brighter note got the SpeedBag Bible in couple days ago so in my down time I'm studying.

Howdy! Sent you a PM... but also throwing it out for all to read....
You guys have got to see Sparrky's XXS Blue Everlast bag that a friend of his lent him! He brought it to the Truck in Nashville ...it is awesome! The leather is great. It was ordered as an XS years ago but it's practically an XXS!
Also, he noticed a size discrepancy between the Everlast 6x4 from Walmart and one ordered from Ebay.... crazy....
Companies seem to pull numbers from a hat when sizing up bags!
Or they have their own number systems with no relation to metric or US!
What is going on?
BAG ON.... any size is fine though!!!!
