So who thinks that a bag platform made of marble would be cool? I was at home depot today and they were selling it....I thought about getting a board custom made from it...probably about 90-120 bucks idk, I'm thinkin it'd be pretty solid.

It would look cool but at not only at a higher cost, but working with it. Marble can crack easily. Drilling into it takes masonry drill bits that if not done right, will cause it to crack. Wood is truly a wonderful thing to work with and yet is strong. But...what is it worth to be the only person on earth possibly to have a marble platform.

I agree it would probably look very nice but not necessarily work better than a regular wood rebound board. But as with most things not done yet, someone has to be the first to try it! It would be very unique if nothing else.
