Speedbag and wobble board

After watching Alan and the various speedbag videos on stationary bikes and such, I had a thought. Has anyone tried speedbagging while using a wobble board (one of those balancing core boards)?

Wow thats pretty crazy, personally I kinda like to move my body around when I'm baggin, but I imagine that board thing would at least help work your obliques pretty well. Very interesting idea.

I have the Everlast round wobble board and played with it while hitting the bag.

It really isn't hard to do but you'll notice you are a few inches higher. Didn't see any big benefit to hit the bag like that. I use the wobble board for other things that takes more balance.
