How To Having a problem with timer...(color)

Hi everyone,
I'm sure this question is quite redundant and has been answered a million times but I was wonder why I cant change the color of the digits on my timer. Hey pooball, the image didn't show up?? It looks like the upload from your local drive didn't take.

It's hard for me to say what might be wrong. What OS and browser are you using? Windows, Linux, Mac ... FireFox, IE, Safari etc.

i am using google chrome on windows vista. the timer just stays green giving no option to change.
