Plastic swivels for sale on ebay

I am listing my everlast plastic ballhook swivels on ebay. Here is the link:

Only one of these swivels has been used extensively. Two have never been used and one was used for a few days only. I think the plastic ballhook swivels are great if you practice the variety of combinations that Alan teaches in his videos. However, I mainly do the basic boxing style workout on the speedbag, so I am going with a swivel that I feel is better for this style.

    Hey Rigal,

What kind of swivel do you use for your boxing workout?

This is the swivel that I am currently using:

It is an extremely fast swivel - much faster than the plastic. Which is why I prefer it for the basic boxing speedbag workout. That's really all I care to do as far as a speedbag routine. With two kids and not much time to workout, I am lucky if I get 5 minutes a day to hit the bag. When I do hit it, I want to get the best workout I can with my limited time. Tearing the bag up for five minutes with superfast front punches (while still maintaining proper form) and occassional double fist rolling provides an awesome workout for an old man like me.

I've got a very similar Ringside model, (that I've never used) now you have me wondering... just how fast it is. It's times like this I wish i had a 3rd board for experimental purposes.

Ain't nothing wrong with that... do what you enjoy. At a boxing gym once I watched an older gentleman hammer a medium size bag for 3 minutes non-stop full force, full speed. It was quite impressive. Nothing fancy, just the good old front circle punch.

            Tim,
That U-bolt swivel I have is extremely fast. When I first used it, I had trouble keeping up with it. I would desrcibe the action as very, very intense. This swivel makes the bag move so fast and so intense that it feels like the wall is going to collapse.

yes i recently switched from a similar ubolt to the plastic and its definatly slower. i find my hits have to be way more precise wit the plastic but it is alot better for changing directions. im thinking about building a second plat for for the ubolt for when i just want to work the triplet rhythm so i can get that extra speed.
