    NooB Here,Ready to Rock

    Hello all,
I found this place from Watching Alans Youtube Videos.
I Bought a Basic Speedbag setup a few Years ago. I messed around with it for a Year or so with no Formal instruction. I dabbled enough to get a Basic rhythm but nothing special.
Having Kids kept me busy enough let the Bag Collect Dust
I'm remotivated and ready to get back on the Leather.
I remember Time on the Bag was a Great way to destress and exercise at the same time.

Meanwhile I'm gonna Lurk a little and Soak up the info.
I'm a Forum Junky so I doubt I will be a Silent member.

My Main Interest is Sport Shooting and Reloading. The Bulk of my time is spent at Glockpost.com

I think a Good move will be Grabbing up Alans DVD's and Forget what I know and Build a Basic Foundation.

    Peace Y'all

Welcome. Speed bagging is great for relieving stress.

Definitely grab Alan's DVD. He offers a discount to Forum member, PM him for details.

I shoot some too, although with ammo prices through the roof, not so much lately. I guess that's the beauty of reloading.
