There are definitely some options on the site you suggested. The thread size needed for the knobs is 5/8 - 11. I saw a few there that would be acceptable until I can find a pair of originals, which may be difficult. Thank you for the info!!

Hello. I own a vintage Narragansett speed bag platform. However, it is missing the knobs on the sides of the carriage that tighten up against the guide rods. I would like to find a pair of these knobs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
