  • Everlast Powercore Dual Bag and Stand

I am currently using the Everlast Powercore Dual Bag and Stand

Currently the speed bag is too slow.

I have taken the following steps:
    1) Using a medium size bag. (Don't think I'm ready for a small one)
    2) Upgraded the swivel to a Everlast cotter pin.
    3) Tried shimming the back of the speed bag shim.

I just seems that it vibrates way too much.

I've tried reaching out to Everlast to see if I could substitute a heaver drum but didn't get much help.

    Would appreciate any suiggestions.

Hi Private Joker welcome to the forum. I do hear a lot about those kind of units being very unsteady. If you browse through this forum you can find a few ways to anchor it better. I think Speedbag (Alan Kahn) posted awhile back about using straps to anchor it down. Good luck with your bagging!!!

I saw that post. However I don't see much of a way to tie it down. The legs U out toward the heavy bag side and I do use both of the bags.
