speed bag is no longer egg shaped bulg in bag?

my speed bag has a bulg in it i am thinking of picking up an everlast at walmart. how can i fix the bulg in my current bag is it overinflated or can i just change the bladder?

I guess what I would do is deflate it and begin inspecting the situation. You may have to remove the bladder all together for further inspection.

What make of bag is it? Is it leather or synthetic. It's not unheard of bubbles surfacing in leather bags due to defects in the leather. Changing the bladder will not make it go away.
