I recently picked this up - man is it a ton of fun !!
First of all I paid too much for it - my wife got it for me as a gift and I didn't have the heart to tell her I can get it cheaper from title.com ($24 ?) or online ($19).... so we got it at Sports Authority for $39.00 --- argghh!
I tied the bag to the rafters of my basement - and to a 25lbs weight that sits on the floor.
The bag is great - but watch out for the metal loops on the top and bottom if you are hitting without gloves. Even with wraps I can imagine snagging a finger in there and getting a nasty cut. But with simple bag gloves this is great ! The professional model from Everlast has leather loops and is much nicer in that respect.
