Thanks everyone for all the compliments. One thing i have to say is that hitting the speedbag blind folded has a hole different feeling in it. you can almost poicture the bag in your head moving. very weird yet awesome experiance.

Teaching your muscles where to be is very important. Even if you loose your eyes you should know where the bag is at. Not that i have any idea how it feels to be blind. But i do know that after i hit the speed bag with no eyes i get a feelings of being that close with the speed bag.
