Awesome video, very smooth. I looked very close at how you easily go from front fist rolls to reverse fist rolls. I've been working on that move this past month. Not as easy to do as you make it look. Thanks for posting, it will help alot of us.

Thanks Coop! I've been working on reverse rolls for quite awhile, taken some time to feel comfortable. Made a vid this morning going slower on Cleto bag will probably put up later. Right now the little girl and I are going on a top secret Christmas mission!
