It's been a while since I last posted on here. Hello to all the new members and also to the legendary old blighters who will never stop hitting. My speed bag has still been getting a hiding now and then, my two oldest sons have picked it up and seem to really enjoy it. That's no surprise to me, it is a lot of fun.
