    R-Roll

Finally, I have 6 to 4 pin firewire cable and figured out this Mac video editing software. Let the video uploads begin.

    How does this R-ROLL look?

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

I could barely do this move... until Alan came over

    R-roll

Hey great work Tim! I finally get to see the infamous Tim, almost like a bigfoot sighting, not in appearance ...you know what i mean. Great slo-mo at the end you should add Bionic man sounds to it.

              Yep

By day I'm a Windows guy, at home it's Mac OS X and Linux Variety is the spice of life you know.

I notice you do your rear roll with your fists rolling over one another. I do my rear roll with my fists next to each other. When I do it, the bag rebounds in a "V" pattern. I wish I could do the rear roll with my fists overlapping each other like you do, but I never have been able to make it work.

Side by side is the Kahn approved way to do it actually. So you're better off doing it that way. I'll have more up tomorrow.

Yeah, I know, and it's the only way I've ever been able to do it. Then again, I haven't really put a lot of time into doing it your way. I like your way better to be honest.
