    my setup

    hi guys, here is my setup

    i have this pic up in another thread but thought id put it up here too

    basically its a CRUDDY thing from ebay (turner sports)

    please comment AS MUCH as u can to help me out here

    the board isnt the thickest, it is screwed into wood on the inside of the wall and the OUTSIDE of the wall and bolted in TIGHT!!!!

    then a black bin liner filled with a good amount of sand on top

    the only problem is, theres like ZERO vibration that i can sense here BUT the ball is AWFUL ... SO DAMN SLOW!

    the swivel is chain link, which SEEM lumberous

      could you please recommend a good bag to go for? please remember i am BROKE so cheap and cheerful thanks

      and should i keep the swivel (remember i am getting a powermill from ya nex month lol)

        You could try an Everlast or Title bag. Check ebay or the actual websites. These bags go on sale alot so you should be able to find one in your pricerange. Gotta admit though, many of us have become a bit dissatisfied with Everlast unfortunately so check Title.
