Quad elbow inspiration

Actually Alan eh ehm...that was a shadow punch followed by a quad elbow (elbow, fist, fist, elbow).. haha but no seriously someone of your caliber and vast knowledge of the speedbag commenting on my video is 100% like a dream coming true from when I started.

I thought that was a 4 way elbow. I started to comment about that after roc stone commented on it Matt, but I got called away and forgot to complete it! But because of this vid I've been using it continuously in hopes of being able to make use of it in my punch drummming. Thanks for the inspiration Matt!
