Wow, great price, RR. Where did you find it, Ebay? How's it hit, solid?

My local Craigslist. I hang out on there a bit too much, for sporting equipment, car parts, and guitars.....

It hits pretty solid. A lot better than my cheapo Everlast. It sounded huge until I transferred the weight over to it, now it's really solid.

I made a few adjustments to it, drilled the swivel holes all the way through, and opened them so that an Everlast swivel will fit. I had a spare plastic ball hook laying around, so it went on to replace the crap swivel that was on it.

The only bad thing I've encountered so far are the tighteners for the height adjustment. Hard to tighten down all the way since they aren't regular bolts. That can be fixed though.

I got the same Century set up.
I put a second board/longer bolts on it to increase stability/rigidity.
Wish I would have found it for 25 bucks though!
              GREAT deal!

Yeah, I used to get a bit of vibration, but some lock nuts will fix that right up, if you don't need to adjust the height often.

                What a bargain!

Like MP76 has done. I would put a second platform onto it.

I have parts of a bunch, and a couple of Les Pauls, and an old MIJ Squier Strat. I think I'm more of a collector than a player anymore. Haven't played a lot in the last couple of years.

My 78' Goldtop is my baby.

Maybe. I'm glad I have luck in something.....

If it wasn't for bad luck.....

I was thinking about doing that. I have an old board from a free standing platform that I might be able to use....

                  I think I probably will.
