      Speed is exciting to watch but "slow flow" is a thing of beauty. A great teaching tool, and wonderful way to learn. The art of hitting the bag slow is what leads the best baggers to their speed potential. Enjoy

        The idea is to control the bag. Once you master total control, the speed will come.
