Did you see her hitting the heavy bag, She has pretty good technique. Although he has not been on here Tommy T uses a black light on some of his videos. On another note I drove over to another members house that lives over two hours drive from my house, I got to hit on his Tuf-Wear S-109 striking bag, the same one you have, I really liked it, I thought it was gonna take more muscle to get the bag moving.

I have the S109 up on my platform now. Looks can be deceiving. It's not a heavy bag just big. It takes less effort than the VSB112 I have to keep moving. It is about 7X10 as I recall. Yes I watched all her videos.They really illustrate how shaky those round tube freestanding outfits are.
