Here I've tried to demonstrate the side split fists linking with the fist variation from the normal postion, as we know it, to the closed fist slap.
It can become very tedious for me using my cell phone camcorder. I did have a few more moves in store that i wanted to show the forum, but because i can't edit it's best i stick to the core of what was discussed. I began getting frustrated, as you might imagine.
