How do Tai Chi guys generate the power in their strikes?

So they use both internal and external methods, I think I know them all but I wanna see if I actually do or not.

Actually, this comes from the place they take charge on. I am taking martial arts lessons at martial arts summer camp leesburg, va and I've seen some tai chi guys training here. You can visit our training center and contact any one of them and get more about their skills.
