Hello everyone.Name is Dave and I am from Pittsburgh PA.Was surfing looking for ways to improve on my everlast Heavy bag/speed bag stand and came across this fantastic site.Wish I knew then what im learning now.haha.Wondering if it is worth trying to reinforce the platform on the stand or scrap it all and torture the wife some more and build/buy one to attach to a wall.Think I am getting way too much vibration.Have to really hit the bag hard to get close to the speed/rhythm I want and I think I am starting to get tennis elbow from it.
