Seedbagbard, I have watched so many wonderful bag routines and this is a 5 Star. Would you please post that routine (or a portion of it) in slow motion just so I can see the delays and transition you make so smoothly. -
There is an option to adjust playback speed on the video itself. Click on the video once until you see a gear icon. Several options should open up from here. Select the "Speed" option and change from normal speed (1x) to something slower (like 0.5x speed).Originally posted by dad View Post
