Nonpareil (?) platform with Everlast 4214

This popped up on Craigslist, sold before I could get to it. It went for $55.

Seller is an antique collector & seller. He got this from a friend of his, the friend got it when he bought a storage unit.

Thought I'd put this here to add to the knowledge base.

Looks to be a Nonpareil unit, right?

Any idea on the age of everything here? (Dutchman?)

Swivel looks to be a D&M adjustable chain type, which probably came with the rebound ring, This was sold up through the 1940's, but was introduced in the 1920's. The wooden supports were replaced with steel tubing starting in the post WWII ear. The bag however dates from the 1980's
