Just got my Double End bag set up in the garage. I went with the Title Genuine leather in the largest size. I like how the genuine leather is like baseball glove leather, it has a good look and feel to it.
I have been experimenting with bungees, ropes and nylon straps to see what I like the best, and for now have settled on a nylon strap on top and a bungee on the bottom. It is pretty loose and I get a nice amount of distance after a hard strike so I can either block or slip the bag on the rebound. I used a 50 lb weight for the base with an s-hook screwed into a piece of wood underneath. The 50 lb plate is an open one so I have the open area as a carrying handle.
