Hey, i finally made it on here. Glad you enjoyed the video. Your right the sound is a little off. That's cause i was using a digital camera not a digital video camera.

This is a pretty good Double End Bag video.

Although the sound is a bit off, the punches are crisp and really pop the bag, and his footwork looks good. The mirror behind him helps see his form and movement. Keeps a wide stance with balance as he is punching and moving.

I like the fact that he never crosses his feet and keeps pretty close to the same width in his stance however he moves. Nice quick handspeed also.

It's one of the best DEB videoclips I seen so far.

This is my buddy James Bath from England. He's an amateur fighter that covers the spectrum of MMA, Boxing, and KickBoxing. His footwork is sharp and springy, his style is very graceful.(unlike my own)

hey man, what happened to your youtube profile? I was about to watch your training videos to pick up some techniques and lo' behold they're all gone? ...is it to prevent your future opponents to scout your moves? hopefully you can put them back up cause they were some of the best training videos out there.
