Hey Biff, thanks for the reply. I went ahead and ordered that platform. If it's too low, I'll simply modify it by removing the top horizontal support and mounting the metal brackets between the joists if need be. There's wood above the wall between the joists that I can attach it to. Anyway, thanks again for the reply, and I'll let you know what developes!
