Wanting to upgrade my xmark 2811's swivel. beginner

The chain link swivel that comes with it is very nosey and sloppy. I am looking into the everlast cotter pin professional swivel it's at academy sports for $19 is this a good upgrade?

any out there thats simliar but better than the everlast I've seen some on youtube that are ball bearing and not slop and very smooth but they didn't tell what brand it was.
