My Double End Bag Setup

Well Lee's video of hitting the Double End Bag made me want to try. So I got the Title Genuine Leather Double End Bag. I think it's a 8 or 9" bag. SO far I'm using a nylon cord on the top and a bungee on the bottom. I have an anchor in the stud up high and on the floor I have a 50lb weight plate with a board underneath and an eyehook through the center.

I like the speed bag better, but the double end bag is where I get some cardio in.
