well after much discusion with my dad he gave me information on a brick wall in my house which is solid (brick wall which is filled with concretete)
So anyway my next delima is is it possible to fit a speedbag in this area. it is basically 45 CM from the wall, so its in the corner of the wall. Its also in the garage but that doesnt matter as the cars are a fair distance away. A picture of the area is shown below:
Also I might considering building a speedbag platform so it will be custom
So basically my questions are:
is it posible to fit a speedbag in that area, (i could use it without my arms hitting the sids i gues if i move to a slight angle)
and if its possible what size/dimensions, and yea some tips on building my own one

Any gyms near by? Can you convince a friend to hang one? Otherwise, i think you might be out of luck. Good freestanding units are not cheap...

haha well for last 2 years I hve dreamt of getting a speedbag, yet my mum (yes im 17), try as i may, wouldnt let me get one of the wall speedbag. I have been told to get the freestanding one by my perception of them is that they are slwoer, and more expensiver. Is there ANY way I can get a speedbag platform, that is fast, cheep (around 100 bux) and does not attach to the house or bricks...
