    Welcome Kelly. speed baggin' is not a race. take as much time as you need. You will get it ..one punch at a time.

    I am a new member, just joined in December. I also used to hit the speedbag to just the triplet back in the 90's. I have since been training on the "Bible" method.

    Awesome you got a great platform to start with. I have the Everlast adjustable entry platform. But I will move up to something nicer in the future and the Balaz I box is on my maybe list since it's a great quality unit.
