I like that attitude. I also hit all my bags. I do however go very easy on my vintage Macgregor and my frail childhood Everlast.

Pimp your bag!

A new tip. I like my Title bags, but hate the laces they come with. They look like you stole them off your kids Keds. Also, they flutter and flail around and I find it very annoying. I went to my local Amish cobbler and bought some black leather laces (the Amish part is not important, just hard not to mention it). Took the time to do a proper lacing and now it looks like a pro bag.

...If you like big blue, You should try out some of the older vintage big bags, Some hit a lot better than big blue

Here is a nice vintage bag with a fairly long loop. This is a simple way to shorten the loop non-destructively.

This is the only pic I have on hand at the moment, without the zip tie. Wonderful vintage bag! I think I like it better than big blue. Definitely has superior quality and style.

Its actually the softest leather I've ever felt on a punching bag. I can't think of anything to compare it to.

I have not posted a Rusty tip for a while, so here goes...

Has anyone noticed how a bagging session with a loud swivel can leave your ears ringing? Well, it is the high pitch noises that are causing it, and they are potentially damaging to your hearing. I use these when I bag:



The great part is you can still hear all the good bagging sounds, it just attenuates the damaging high pitch sounds.
