Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows of any ways to hang a speed bag up in an apartment. I've had my speed bag in storage and have be wanting to take it out but I have no where to put it. I live on the second floor, there is only one apartment next to me and one below me. Any ideas would be great, thank you

If it's a wallmount, try to put it on a wall that is not connect to the apartment next to you. Actually, put it as far away from the apartment next to you as possible.

The noise and vibration may still effect the apartment below you and next to you. I would suggest getting a quiet swivel, NOT a metal ballhook. Something like the Deville ballhook, which I'd prefer, or maybe a U-bolt. an all metal ballhook is going to increase the sound quite a bit.

I wish I could recommend a free standing floor frame, but the only one I think that is worth having is over $1,500.00. Great Unit for sure, but a high price for a single station user.
