    Good thinking

You guys are right. Now that I think about it I never did lower the board to accomadate the smaller bag.
    Cheers

Me too. Been doing that for years. This may put the belly of the bag at the throat, but thats ok. When I feel a downward Elbow coming on, I bend the knees a bit to give a bit more clearance for the fist.

Lowering the board is also a good way to work the legs. Try punching three minutes with your knees seriously bent. Bet your thighs start burning after a minute or so.

That is the problem with bags that are "light" in their size-weight ratio. there is a point to which their lightness reduces speed and you tend to hit harder to regain the speed lost. Same thing happens when the bag is a bit heavy per size, and you tend to hit harder to make the heavier bag go faster.

Funny thing is, when you are watching someone on these types of bag you may get the impression they are strained in their punching, trying to hit hard.

Glad to hear it. It's quiet, too. Ralph, did you change out the bladder in yours ?

Man, I just got this thing and its smokin. It sure is tiny but it comes straight back to me. Some of my best bagging yet.
I'm still a total rookie, but what a difference changing up on bags really makes.
Plus this thing is so small my kids love it!
