    Ditto what Kyle said. To be honest I don't think much about my wrists, just what portion of my hand I'm about to strike the bag with.

    Q : how to have my wrists ?

    Hi everyone, hope we are all well today and someone with some speedbag knowledge can help me. I am very new to the speed bag and cant find any information how my wrist should be. When my arm is parallel to the ground the first is 50/50 on either side of my wrist or a straight a wrist or a slightly bent wrist aiming towards the ground.
