Hey ventanakaz, I have a XMark platform with an inch and a half drum, a meister swivel and currently hitting a 6x8 title gyro.
planning on hitting the Thrasher House soon...
Debating between a Jim Bradley Pro ball or a Thrasher House Grenade Pro ball...
I know there both Jim Bradley... but the Thrasher House Grenade looks like a larger sweet spot...
Any experience with either??
Lol, good to know... I'll check out the Roni Bags.
is there a swivel you'd recommend? I love my Meister thunderbolt but would prefer a ball & hook style...
do you make speed bag equipment?

i'll be deleting my comment, Just wanted to let you know where i stand with him, As for swivels you can send me a private message and i'll answer that question, As for the U-bolt style of swivels they are mechanically faster by design just because they have less resistance and if anyone tells you any different they don't know what they're talking about or they just want to sell you their swivel, and like i mentioned before i do modify certain speed bags (but i won't touch the Bradley bag anymore, Besides they're just doing to their speed bags what i already did before) BTW the Bradley bags are sheepskin leather not the best if your a boxer and hit your bags hard, Unless you're going to power puff your speed bag, They used to be made outta Kangaroo leather which is a thinner (lighter weight too) but tougher leather, They're the best leather to use for speed bags, Than the next inline for tough wearing leather is Goat leather, Cleto Reyes bags are goat leather but because they are a banana shaped bag that pretty much takes the speed outta their bags, if Cleto would make their bags in a more fatter tear drop shape than those bags would be awesome, Oh well i don't think they would ever do that, Loss of big sales Cleto Reyes, Getting back to speed bag swivels, i do make my own Steel ball & S-hook and the only reason i started doing that years ago was because everlast's ball-hook swivels had a small s-hook and didn't fit with the more wider loops of modern bags, Heck they didn't fit the other vintage bag makers loops either, Like Wilson, Spaulding, Rawlins to name a few, they just fit everlast bags, i was gonna start back up with fabing my steel ball & s-hook but got distracted because of the weather blowing my roofing shingles off my roof than having my sheetrock fall down from my ceiling because of rain damage, But i will start back up again once i get the sheetrock put back up in three of the rooms, And i was gonna have my own swivels made up based on the first generation everlast swivel but that was gonna cost to much money to do (money that i don't have to burn) i do however have some second generation everlast new york swivels to modify by adding my steel ball and s-hook to sell but i can't work on them until i get all the sheetrock up, i'm hoping to have the sheetrock done in a couple of weeks, i have a severe case of arthritis so it's painful and slow going, if you go on instagram, i'm on there under the same name (ventanakaz) and you can see what i'm talking about when it comes to the everlast N.Y. swivel.
