Arc Swivel? No longer selling?

I can't find the arc Swivel, I would like to buy one. He doesn't show up in my Instagram, yet when I make another account I can see his page and request to follow but he never accepts.

During it's life - The maker was always inconsistent about production. He made them when he felt like it, initially to raise money for a dog charity.
