1 WEEK UNTIL THE GATHERING! ... and a bit of news
Folks - all things are set for the SPEED BAG ANNUAL GATHERING. You don't want to miss it!
I was at the gym two weeks bag - dropping off "goodies" - the racks and platforms and swivels and bags are all there.
We have the speed demon contest + punch drumming + the raffle + MORE all set to go down!
On a personal note, due to an urgent personal conflict - I WILL NOT be attending this years event.
Long story short, my best friend is being promoted to Brigadier General (O-7!) - the culmination of a 30 year career of service - I just can't miss that.
Have fun at the event and know that YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME!
