I would like to hear more from morphiusrt about how his vinyl wrap drum is working out. One good thing about MDF is its very heavy. I imagine 2" of MDF wrapped in a colorful vinyl pattern would make a very nice economical drum

I know what you mean. That secondary station I just sandwiched is on a non load bearing stud wall, hence the 'small bag' station. It was ok before, but feels considerably more stable/solid after sandwiching. Deeper sound as well.Last edited by LouisvilleBagr; 09-03-2019, 05:54 PM.
