Just one other thing that I noticed that I think needs commenting on is you are using your foundation wall as the BASE for your mounting and I have to say that in my own experience that has been the best I have ever use and this is a guy that had his wife come screaming at in the basement that ever time I hit the bag the wall was Cracking in the bedroom above. Narrengansett Speed Bag Platform
It is with great sadness that I must sell my Narrengansett Speed Bag Platform. I purchased it in non-working condition and refurbished it.
It has everything including the 36" drum and the original wood mounting boards. And all the hardware.
After spending hours on it I realized it is too big for my basement.
