All my stuff is torn down at the moment. I prefer to workout in a gym because a) they've got AC, which my garage doesn't and b) they have a better selection of equipment than I could ever hope to match.

A much better choice in your situation. The standard equipment with wider choices, various machines and having the help around is much safer during a rehab mode.
