Pretty good elbow work. Gave you a thumbs up. Especially liked the blip blip at the end.

Yep. Homemade. I sort of stick to the old style - front of the fist, bag above the chin, make the shoulders burn, 3 minute work, 1 minute rest. Needed a short and fast swivel. Can't buy them that's for sure.

    Check out -

if you are interested. No right way, no wrong way, just your way.

Oh man! I always loose out on the "mines bigger than yours" contest. Post it dude. I want to see that 4211 in motion. It will probably bring down your drywall. Seriously ... do a quick video of the 4211. WTF happened to Everlast, so sad.

That is the Cleto 7x10" black w/red seams. I believe there is a 7x11" available as the largest model available in black, red, or Mexican flag not sure on the seams, I think in the black that I have the medium has blue seam and the small has white seams

    Everlast 4208

I can remember walking into a sporting goods store 20 years ago in Farmington, NM and buying my first speed bag (shown here), the Everlast 4208. What a beast, gloves required, it hits back if you don't watch out. Can you imagine being able to walk into a sporting goods store today and buying a real speed bag? "I'm sorry sir ... but would you be interested in some Nike underwear?"
